Jane’s methods empower parents by using video reflections to enhance and encourage communication development in a nurturing environment.

In addition to her direct work with families, Jane also plays a critical role as a clinical supervisor within our team. She leverages her extensive experience and empathetic approach to mentor and guide our Speech Pathologists, ensuring that they adhere to our high standards of care and stay updated on the latest methodologies in speech pathology. Her leadership not only enhances our service delivery but also fosters a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among our clinical staff. This role underscores her commitment to professional excellence and the developmental success of the children we serve at Progress Pathways.

Jane shares her experience across Progress Pathways and the Queensland Children’s Hospital, where she is a permanent senior member of the paediatric palliative care team.
